missing files

Is there any way to have these two files sent and
reinstalled to my computer?
All I have is the restore disk and I don't want to start
over.

mscoree.dll (cannot access)

software\microsoft\windows\current version\shared

(cannot find)

Mscoree.dll is part of the .NET framework for Windows.
Go to Add/Remove and remove the .NET framework there.
To reinstall .NET Framework go to:
www.microsoft.com/net or from the Windows Update Site.
