how do i recover missing mscoree.dll

My system checker has given the following message;
Installsheild\professional\runtime\0701\intel32
\dotnetinstaller.exe' can not access 'mscoree.dll' what
is it and how can I reinstall it? This missing file
appears to be causing problems with my PC. Any help
appreciated.

Just type mscoree.dll at google.com and pick a place to download it.
