Missing Files

In Windows 2000, according to Norton program, I am missing 2 files on my
system. C:\Program Files\Common Files\Installshield\Professional Run
Time\0701\Intel32 cannot access the file: "miscoree.dll". Search command
cannot find this fileor the following one. Can either file be downloaded to
my C drive from ??? Also, C:\Winnt\System 32\CPRunWeb.exe cannot access the
file CPLink32.dll. Is this file part of Windows 2000 and can it be
downloaded to my C Drive from the Windows 2000 CD? My disk is divided into C
and D drives, but I am unable to access D drive anymore.

What does disk management say about your D partition?
