missing file

I need to download a missing file in my internet explorer,
CSSEQCHK.DLL. Please help
 
I found the file you are referring to in my
c:\windows\system folder. Not sure exactly where to look
to get it. Perhaps try downloading a patch to IE6.0 from
the download site. It may recognize the file as missing
and load it for you?
