Missing File

When I turn on the pc, it will go through booting, and then gives me a
message \Windows\System\vgaoem.fon is corrupt or missing. When I boot from
the cd and go to repair, and then come to a prompt. This is where I need
help, I dont know what command to type in order to copy this file from the cd
to the hard drive. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
