Missing file

I am missing the file kvocfanu.dll which is supposed to be located under
c:\Windows\System32\ But seems to be missing. I have a Dell Inspiron B130
notebook and the file seems to have been deleted by an anti-virus when I was
scanning my notebook using AVG anti-virus. I tried using the System Restore,
but everytime I would try it, the restarion would not succeed. I tried
different dates, and it would still not succed. So I need help on recovering
that file, without deleting any new information saved on my notebook, it
would really be appreciated!

Hi,

As for me it looks like an malware file. I'd rather suggest to remove any
related entries in registry then try to recovering it.
Try rather open registry Run -> regedit.exe, find out entries to
kvocfanu.dll (Edit -> Find) and delete found entry.

Thanks, that solved my problem. My laptop took a while to start, but that
was probably a once in a life thing. I appreciate your help.
