If you have Installation CDs for OFFICE 97, it's one of
many included files (dont know which CD, I believe it
comes with two).

It probably has an autorun feature which starts with the
install menu .. simply cancel it. Go to Windows Explorer
or MyComputer & search the CD(s). Copy/Paste it to the
correct location on your hard drive.
