missing file Mapisrvr.exe

Looking for some help.The sytem keep rebootoing and
causing me a major headache after about two minustes of
reboot. Was able to run Norton ultilites and it has found
a missing file C:\windows\system32\mapisrvr.exe cannot
access a necessary file "gapi32.dll. Any ideas??
Hope to hear from sombody I am really in need of a fix
