Need to reinstall missing or corrupt files

I have finished a series of upgrades and patches to
Office XP Pro. Norton's has found that
C:\\WINDOWS\System32\MAPISRVR.EXE can no longer find
gapi32.dll.

A search of the folders found gapi32.dll and now the
recommendation from Norton's is to reinstall MAPISRVR.EXE.

What would be my best approach to that? From the
Recovery Console or from a command prompt within the OS?

The gapi32.dll file can be found on your Microsoft Office
installation CD.
