gapi32.dll problem it is not found

when I run my my norton windows doctor it gives me this:
"Missing File: "C\Windows\System32\MAPISRVR.EXE cannot access necessary
file, gapi32.dll

It is also not anywhere in my system I seached but no dll is found, I know
that it is some kind of error from norton but should it not be on my system?

That's a common problem with WinDoctor....have a look at this Symantec
Knowledgebase article:

Hi I have seen that but the instructions say to copy the dll from somewhere
and place it somewhere else, my problem is that it does not exist anywhere?
So is that an error?

I believe that the Gapi32.DLL file is a Microsoft Office file.......if you
don't have Office installed, you won't have that file anywhere. You can tell
WinDoctor to ignore the error (as it is a problem with WinDoctor, not with
Windows).

Yes that is some kind of problem associated with that, I only recieved this
after installing and uninstalling office. Thanks for your inputs
