Missing file, help!

Hello,

I'm looking for a downloadable file called mscoree.dll.
apparently missing from my HD leaving a nasty red "I can
not fix this" message on my Norton WinDoc.

Any help would be much appreciated.

The missing "mscore.dll" file is not missing. Nor is there a problem
with Windows XP or Norton's Win Doctor. All you have to do is go
to Windows Update and download the update called ".NET Framework".
Once you have restarted your computer, check for Windows problems
using the Norton Win Doctor and it should be fixed.

It is part of Microsoft .NET Framework. Go to the Microsoft download site
and get it.
