Missing Emails also

Need access to emails sent & received more than four days ago. Are the
messages available? How do I expand the duration they stay in the
mailboxes?

Emails stay in your folders forever, unless you move them.
Note that each mail folder has a Current View setting associated
with it, where you can either hide or show already read messages.
