Missing drivers....

I am missing drivers for 4 different things. Im not sure if this is a real
problem or if i realy need to get them.
1. PCI Simple Communication Controller
2. SM Bus controller
3. Universal Serial Bus (USB) Controller
4. Video Controller (VGA Compatible)

If anyone knows how to download the drivers to a floppy so i can install
them that would be wonderful. I searched for them on Windows.com but it came
up with nothing for them. Thanks.

Hi,

3 of those drivers are ususally the Chipset drivers. You usually find them
with the driver CD that comes with either the Pre-built computer or with a
motherboard for self-built computers. As for the video driver, that is
either with the driver CD that came with the computer or with the video
card. What type of computer are you using? Did you make it yourself? If
its a pre-built type, go to the manufacture site and look under support for
drivers.

Okay that worked on three of them. The only one that doesnt work still is the
Universal Serial Bus (USB) Controller. I found all the other ones on my
computers web site. I have a compaq. I erassed everything that came with the
computer cause we all know how useless most of those games and crap is. But i
cant find the driver for the usb yet. if anyone knows of anything else i can
do please leave me a message. thanks jeffrey for your help.
