Missing CDROM drives (Code 19 registry error)

Have tried Windows quick solutions to no avail. Have
tried Microsoft Knowledge Base Article - 315378, however,
the 3rd party contact information does not work

CD Devices appear in Device Manager with yellow
exclamation marks.

Hi Don - You can give Kelly .vbs script a try. Go to
http://www.kellys-korner-xp.com/xp_tweaks2.htm#fix In the first dropdown
box (Fixes for Windows XP) find: "Restore CD or DVD drives in Windows
Explorer" and then download the script. See if that helps.
