Missing Accessories

Guest

When I go to All Programs, the Accessories is missing. The sytem is
approximately 2 months old, and I only recently discovered the missing
program when I went to use the defrag.

Any help would be great, Dell says it's a software problem and they can't
help!

I tried that process before I posted, and while it restored the Games, it did
not restore the Accessories.

Any other thoughts?

Thanxs....

Can I create a folder in Programs - Accessories - and then create a shortcut
for each of the scripts that you have supplied?

Thank you in advance for your prompt answer to my problem, and also to
apologize for my ignorance on the matter!

Yep.

Paste the following line into Start | Run and click OK...

%AllUsersprofile%\Start Menu\Programs

Right click in the right hand pane, point to New and click Folder.
Name the new folder Accessories.
Open the new Accessories folder.
Create the shortcuts there.

There are other ways of doing this. And you will discover easier ways after
you do it the hard way. ;-)
