need help - all accessories are gone

when i went to reinstall under add/remove programs it telss me i need the
installation desk for sp2. the problem is i downloaded it. i am missing all
accessories from calculator to disk defrag to everything to clean up my
computer. it starts by asking for " free cell" please help

Were those accessories there when you first downloaded and installed Windows?

Is it a Genuine copy of Windows (in other words, is it legal)?
