Mirar Toolbar

At startup the Anti-Spyware program finds this "Mirar
Toolbar" every time ...and I dutifully delete it ...but
it keeps coming back.

Is there no way to Quarrantine it or block it completely
with this new spyware program?
 
Please restart your system in Safe mode, and do a full scan with Microsoft
Antispyware.
