minimized window when opening a new link

whenever i open a new link off the main window it opens
at a half screen then i have to maximize it every time
when i open the browser for the first time it does i also
it is annoying any ideas

Try stretching the small window to full size. (Do not use Maximize)
Ensure that window is the last one closed and IE should remember the
size next time.
