Minimize or Maximize ?

A friend of mine just got a new Compaq PC with WP. Every
time he opens a window, it opens in the "minimized"
position. Where are the default settings to change this,
so that all windows automatically open in
the "maximized", or full screen size. Thank you.

I've answered your question in one of the other newsgroups you posted it to.
Here's a question for you though: Do you know how to post to Usenet by using
a newsreader, and do you know how to access responses to your posts? What
I mean is: Will you ever see my response so that you can relay it to your
friend?
