A friend of mine just got a new Compaq PC with WP. Every
time he opens a window, it opens in the "minimized"
position. Where are the default settings to change this,
so that all windows automatically open in
the "maximized", or full screen size. Thank you.

IE? Try DRAGGING the window to its maximum size rather than clicking on the
"Maximize" button. Then close the window by going to File|Close. Next time
you open IE it *should* remember how you set it.
