? Minimize doesn't work after eplorer crash

Hi,

Whenever explorer.exe crashes and restarts, any windows that were open
before the crash no longer minimize when their taskbar button is clicked.
Why does it do that and how can it be fixed?
 
Thanks but that does not work. To clarify the problem; if I have a
window open and then explorer crashes and restarts, then whenever I click on
the taskbar button of that window that was open, it no longer minimizes.
You know how you can minimize a window by clicking it's taskbar button when
the window is visible, well that no longer works after explorer restarts.
However, any NEWLY created windows do work properly.

There has to be some sort of internal list or something that needs to be
refreshed.
