Minimised Files Do Not Show in Taskbar

I am running Windows XP Home Edition.

Until recently if I minimised a file it would show in the Taskbar - now it
does not.

I know it is still there because if I open the Task Manager the file is
shown as "running".

What do I need to do to get the file displayed on the taskbar again?

Look for 'Minimized programs missing'. Download and run the file.
