Migrating User/Group Acounts from NT 4.0 TSE to W2K Advanced Svr w/Terminal Svr

Is it possible to automate the process of migrating user
and group information from MS NT 4.0 TSE to MS 2000
Advanced Server w/Terminal Server? Is so, how can this be
accomplished? These are seperate servers and not an in
place upgrade.

put them in the same domain and some moving and shaking makes it easy.
