Migrate to Outllok 2003

We are moving our users to new workstations and the upgrade will also
include changing from Outlook2000 to Outlook 2003. Unfortunately I have not
been able to figure out how to export the calendar and contacts in the users
2000 .pst file to be imported into the 2003 .pst file. As this is not an
upgrade on the same workstation but a change in workstations, upgrading is
not an option.

Is there a procedure or way to export a users calendar and contacts from
Outlook 2000 and import to Outlook 2003?? The current workstations are
WIN2000, SP4, new workstations are XP, SP2.

This is probably going to take some custom work on your part.

Here is a solution

1. Place the user's pst file in a given location.
2. Use Outlook Profiler to create the Outlook profile pointing to that pst
file.

Simply copy the .pst file to the new workstation. If you have users on those workstations to start with a new, clean Unicode .pst file, they can use Outlook's File | Import and Export command to import the old data.
