Migrate from old 2000 AD server to new BDC server.

Anyone know the steps to migrate from a PDC Server over to a BDC Server and
make the BDC Server the new PDC. I know you do something with dcpromo, but
once you do this what about the SID and will the workstation logon normally
with their same desktop? What about changing the name on the BDC server to
the old PDC server name? Will this work?
