win2003 server in NT4 domain

I have a windows 2003 server in an NT4 domain. Someday I would like to
migrate all of the accounts on the NT4 PDC/BDC to the 2003 server and
convert to AD. Are there any tools,utilities or apps that allow a seamless
migration? There are only about 30 users at one location and the server is
in the NT4 domain.

You can use ADMT to migrate users from the NT domain to the Win 2k3 domain,
but ADMT is meant to migrate from an NT domain of one name to an AD domain
with a different name.

You would have to work out renaming you NT domain before you start or rename
the Win 2k3 domain when you are finished.
