PSE Help -> Migration NT 4 domain -> Win2003

Hello,

I have a NT 4 domain with a PDC and several NT4 workstation

I need to replace the NT 4 PDC by a Win2K3 server

But I want to keep all my workstation and my user in the domain

I mean I want to migrate the NT 4 domain to AD Win2003 with less
efforts

After, the old PDC will be removed from the domain

What is the best steps to follow fot this operation ?
