Migrate ADC to new server

Hi,

I have a new server would like to replace the current ADC server, anyone can
advice how to do it, but I have one problem is my current ADC is having some
porblem, I cannot join any new server into the forest or remove any DC from
the forest, it keep asking my administrator name & password, but I have
confirm both are correct, and I have check the related folder permission
which is correct too. Thank you very much.

If you want to replace your current AD DC then you first have to join
another member server to domain or promote existing one. I would suguest you
to examine %systemroot%\system32\debug\dcpromo.log to see the log of dcpromo
process. You have to use your Enterprise Administrator account to join your
system to domain. Please also run dcdiag and netdiag to diagnose your AD
status.
