old ADC entry?

I have an entry in Active Directory Connector that is for
an old server which is no longer running but I cannot
remove the entry.
During some testing with Exchange 2003 the setup fails
because it sees this "old entry" as a DC that has ADC
which hasn't been upgraded.
How can I remove this entry manually?

Figured it out.
Went into AD Users & Computers and deleted old DC from
there, then went into AD Sites & Services and deleted CA
and DC from there as well.

lingering data!!!
