How to remove the unwanted entries from Active Directory

Hi,

I have removed a ADC from Active directory using DCPROMO /Forceremoval. I am not able to Delete the entry from Active directory. When i tried delete that I got the following Error " DSA Object Cannot be Deleted".

Can anyone help me to clear my active Directory.

Have you previously seized the roles help by the "lost" DC?

Which DC did you "connect" to do the "cleanup"?

What roles did it hold? Was it on the same machine as the one
where you ran NTDSUtil?

You were in NORMAL mode (not DS Service Restore mode), right?
