microsoftoffice outlook2003 HELP

I just purchased Microsoft Office Outlook 2003. I
cant get it to display Newsgroups. I followed the
directions to configure it and nowhere is the word News
or newsgroups found. Help?

Outlook isn't a newsreader; it uses Outlook Express for this. To get the
news cmmand back set Outlook Express as the default newsreader in Control
Panel-> Internet Options-> tab Programs.
