Outlook of MSN Office 2000

Quite often on opening Outlook I get this message.
Runtime Error
Program:
C:\ProgramFiles\MicrosoftOffice\Office/Outlook.EXE
This application has requested the Runtime to terminate
in an unusual way.
Please contact the application support team for more info.
Is the program flawed or is my computer at fult. Help
please.

I'd try going to help | detect and repair - you'll need your installation
media.

If you've recently installed Norton Internet Security 2004 it is the
culprit.

Log a complaint with Symantec. They are aware of the problem but are
doing little about it. If enough people complain maybe they will get
moving.
