Runtime Error when starting Outlook 2000

Outlook was working fine until I loaded
Symantec's "Norton Internet Security".

Now the first time I open Outlook I get the following
error message.
"Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library"
Runtime Error!
Program: C:\Program Files\Microsoft
Office\Office\OUTLOOK.EXE
This application has requested the Runtime to terminate
it in an unusual way. Please contact the application's
support team for more information.

I removed Norton and it was ok, but I want Norton loaded
on my computer so what can I do to stop the error?
