Problem: Outlook2003 & Vista Ultimate x64

My Office 2003 products all work very well except for the 'automatic
send/receive' in Outlook2003.

No matter what I do, it will not send/receive automatically. I have to
manually send/receive. Is this a known problem? Or do I have an individual
problem?

Individual problem; check send receive options, there are two - send/receive
on starting, poll for new mail every xx minutes (set for 10)

There is no "send/receive on starting". Never has been. There's a "Perform
an automatic send/receive when exiting", however.

Thanks to both of you.

Mail Options 'send on starting'
Unless of course you choose to pedantic

Don't see that, either. There is no "Mail Options" menu or item in a menu, or
check box on a tab. Yes, please be pedantic and tell me exactly where you see
that.

The check box there is "Send immediately when connected". That has nothing to
do with "send when starting" as you claim.

Not worthy of a response
