outlook2003 macro auto detach file attachment

hi, i'm new on outlook vba. i have a script that remove the attachment and save to specified folder. It's worked when the outlook is open. However, when i close the outlook and send an email, the file was not remove. then i open again the outlook and received the mail but the attachment doesn't remove. i'm using outlook2003 and my code place on ThisOutlookSession.
do i need to remain open the outlook?

Any help on this would be appreciated!
