Microsoft Works

This was inculded in my package when computer was
purchased...no disk available. I had to do a full
recovery reboot to rid the computer of 2 viruses. When I
did, I lost all of Microsoft Works. Now what?

Contact the support department of the manufacturer of your
computer and request a Microsoft Works installation CD
and Product Key.

you only recourse now would be to contact the vendor of the PC and request a Works
OEM install CD. Did you get any CDs? Are you sure that the Works install wasn't
buried in a folder on one of the CDs? MS wont help you if you got it as an OEM
version.
