just restored my computer a couple weeks ago and now can not get the microsoft works to work where i type all my letters, some one please help me if you would, thanks
also can not get computer to let me copy music to my library now

Please contact the manufacturer of your PC. If the restore CDs included
works, then it has been restored to the point it was when you bought it. If
the CDs did not include all software and you performed an actual
installation of Windows, you will need to re-install the applications
yourself from whatever media they were supplied on.
