microsoft works processor

i have a trouble in my microsoft work processor which is
very slow and have has an error and will not let me do
anything on the word processor

Works and word are different things. Works is a suite which is a collection
of softwares including microsoft word.

are you referring to the word processor where you get errors when working on
it.
Please post the error and we will be able to help you rectify the problem.
