Microsoft Works Out of Memory

T

Trudy

I get the above message when trying to print any documents in Microsoft
Works. My printer works just fine when printing anything else, so I know the
fault is not with the printer. I also am positive that I am not out of
memory. I have a new hard drive with lots of memory space available. Can
anyone help?
Thanks, Trudy

Thanks for your reply, Mark. I did try two "so called" universal drivers,
which were recommended by HP. Neither worked. It's so frustrating. I
believe Microsoft should be able to resolve the problem, but they haven't
done anything for me. Every time I tried to get help, they kept sending me
links to self help web sites. I was never able to speak to a Microsoft
technician.

Hi, Trudy, my HP6940 deskjet printer would generate the same message when
printing a MSWorks spreadsheat. HP advised me to add HP 550C as default
printer in Printer & Faxes. That fixed the annoying messages.

Click Start, point to Settings | Control Panel | Administrative Tools,
click Event Viewer - in the left-hand panel click Application and/or System
