I just had to do a system restoral and everything came up
fine accept now I do not have any microsoft works
software (calander,database,speadsheet,word
processor,etc.)

Ask the manufacturer.

Some "system restores" supplied by the computer manufacturer will format
your hard drive therefore remove installed programs.
Did your computer come with other CDs that may contain the MS works
software?
If so then you will need to reload the software.
