Microsoft Word 2003

I am using Microsoft Word 2003, any saved document shows a "Notepad" icon
insdead of the Word icon. I tried deleting the Icon files, and rebooting but
it did nothing. I tried using TweakUI, that didnt do anything either. Anyone
have any ideas? I've tried everything I know... nothings working.
