Microsoft wireless optical mouse

i have a problem with my mouse and it will automatically
scroll and jump mouse to 3/4 down the left side of the
screen. i dont know the reasons but if u direct me to
right reason it could help. maybe u could tell me if on
these reasons or something else.

mouse version: 4.10.851.0

1. i have another mouse and i changed the channel on both

2. the keyboard is the middle of both the mouse and the
receiver

3 is it something else

help me!

This usually happens when the batteries are dead or close to dead. Try
replacing the two batteries and see if it works.
