Microsoft updates

Hi I see we got another round of updates after the second tuesday. I got
notified Friday. Anyone know if these updates are really safe to install?

I installed them without any problems, but the safety level can vary
between systems because incompatibilities can exist between the updates
and certain software.

The current updates have a patch for a highly critical flaw, so I would
install them.
