Microsoft Tech Support Joke

An emergency rescue helicoptor was trying to take a
critically injured patient to a downtown hospital, but
the fog was so thick he could barely see.

Desperately, the pilot flew slowly down the street until
he saw a man standing by an open window.

The pilot shouted, "Where am I?" The man shouted
back, "In a helicoptor!"

Immediately, the pilot sped up, flew two blocks straight
ahead, turned, and landed on the hospital roof.

As the patient was carried off, the amazed flight nurse
asked the pilot, "How did you know know where the
hospital was?"

The pilot answered, "That's easy. That was the Microsoft
building back there!"

The man's answer to the pilot's question was absolutely correct yet
completely useless, so the helicopter had to be by the Microsoft building.

And it started as a passenger jet not helicopter.

I first heard it in relation to a hot-air balloon. After the reply 'You
are in a hot air balloon' the comment of one balloonist to the other was
'he must be an accountant - information that is perfectly accurate and
perfectly useless'
