Microsoft support: getting drwatson.log and dump file looked at

Getting serious problems with explorer.exe crashing all the time....

I've got a drwatson.log and assocaited dump file.

Will microsoft provide support to look at this (for free)? or do you
need a support contract with them?
 
Mainstream support for Windows 2000 is over and Microsoft will only look
at your log in your dreams.

Is your video driver current, from the video manu site, and NOT winupdate.
Try running in safe mode, does explorer still crash?

You could also run IE through this app, to determin where the crash occurs,
may give a further clue
