microsoft pop up menue

When I start up my internet conection I have microsoft
pop up menues appear it's usually porn. How do I stop
this garbage....

One of the best places to get shareware for something like
that would be www.zdnet.com. Just go to Downloads and look
for pop-up stoppers, etc.
