Need help in learning how to download the Microsoft Photo
Manager in Microsoft XP please
 
1. Open XP's "Help and Support" program.
2. In the Search box type in: PHOTO , and hit enter.
3. Click on the tutorial titled: "Managing your pictures".

If you mean the application Microsoft Picture Manager, that application is
included as part of Office 2003.
