Microsoft Paint

For one user (me) on my computer MS Paint doesn't work.
Iv'e tried going into it everyway possible but it won't
load or anything. It worked fine a few months ago.

Maybe it would help to uninstall/reinstall Paint.

Go to...Add-Remove Programs / Add-Remove
Windows Components...

Accessories and Utilities / Details button /
Accessories / Details button / Paint...

Remove the check from Paint. OK / OK / Next...

Now restart your computer and reinstall Paint.
(go through the same steps and replace the
checkmark in the box beside Paint)
OK / OK / Next...

You will be prompted to insert your WindowsXP
disk in your CD drive.

If you see the "Welcome to Microsoft Windows XP"
install screen...just left click the red Exit button.

Now I can get to it if I right-click and "Run as:

Current User" . And when I do get into it, I can't open
anything in anyone's documents except shared and I can't
save or Save As. Did I do something wrong?

Maybe you need to create a New User and start over...
but really...you've lost me now...maybe someone else
can help you.

What exactly is the problem and how did runas get into the conversation. How doesn't paint work. Any error messages?
