Have setup two profiles on a laptop.
Is it possible for both profiles to
share the one data file?
Even if it's the messages only thats shared.
 
Yes. Just select File | Open | Outlook Data File to open the other *.pst
file. (Did you want that same *.pst file to be used as the default folder
for both mailboxes?)
