Microsoft Outlook Xp Rules not always working

I have rules set up to send my e-mails to certain folders. They do not
always work. Sometimes they will...Sometimes not. I have even deleted my
rules..All of them, and they are still doing this. Any ideas?

Hi,
maybe you dont create the rules in the right way.
Please use at the bottom of every rule "dont play any other rule"
(i have only the german outlook, so i dont know the correct rule name)
